Check whether the data line and power line connect well
Check whether use a usb cable hub connecting cutting machine, if you have to get rid of the hub, directly connected to the computer.
Check the suspension light on cutting machine is lighten or not
Check it has copy in “printer and fax or not. If yes, delete all about cutting machine drive, and reinstall the driver
Note: when cutting machine operate normally, do not change the usb interface. Otherwise there will be a copy of the driver.
